  +who
  
  This command will display a configurable WHO list. This shows a list of all
  players currently connected with information about each of them. The 
  information displayed can be configured by each player to suit his or her 
  tastes. By setting 'flags' in an attribute called WHO on yourself, you can
  alter the way your personalized +who looks.
  Valid flags are:
  
     N - Player name                    K - Player IC Rank
     C - Connect time                   R - Player Race
     I - Idle time                      A - Player Alias
     X - Sex                            P - IC Position
     S - Status                         F - Room # / Flags of player location
     L - Location                       Y - IC Post
  
  For example, type the following:
  
   > &WHO me=anlps
  
  This will set your personalized +who to display the Alias, Name, Location,
  Position and Status of online players. If you have no WHO attribute set, the
  default is 'nacixslf'.
