train

  +train <player>=<skill>

  This command will train <player> to be more proficient in <skill>. Only
  players who have at least an Instruction of 2 and has the Trainer Merit
  can use this command. It can only be used on <player> once per week. The
  command contests the Instruction/Professional Training vs <player>'s
  <skill>+Attribute. If successful, two days are shaved off the wait time for
  XP purchases. If failed, one day is shaved off the wait time. Dramatic
  Success will result in three days, and Dramatic Failure will result in no
  acceleration. This is not how well <player> learns but how well the enactor
  instructs.

  This command must be roleplayed before it can be used. If found not to be in
  conjunction with roleplay, the pending XP purchase for the <player> will be
  nullified and no XP will be refunded, as well as possible other sanctions
  against the user and/or the <player>. Don't abuse this command.
