  +think <message|pose>
  +think <player>=<message|pose>
  
  This command allows you to think <message> or <pose>. Only characters with
  the Receptive Telepathy Psi skill can recieve these messages. Note that it is
  polite to use this command when RPing with Vulcans or Betazoids who
  potentially have the ability to recieve telepathic messages. If you have the
  ability and people aren't using it, gently remind them to.
  
  The second command is for those PC's with the Projective Telepathy ability,
  or the victim of a Telepathic Probe. It sends <message|pose> to <player>.
