  +tap                      Compin status report.  
  +tap/on                   Turn on your comm badge.
  +tap/off                  Turn off your comm badge.
  +hail <player|location>   Hail <player> - initiate transmission.
  +answer [<msg>]           Answers a hail.
  +talk <msg>               Say <msg> over the comm.
  +taptap                   Hang up on a transmission.
  +hail/dir                 Gives a list of locales you can hail.
  
  With +answer, if you don't use <msg>, it will say 'PlayerX here.' But with 
  <msg>, you can respond with <msg>. See '+help com'.

  You can network in multiple people by hailing a new player once network 
  connection is established.
