  The first command will display your service record. The second command will
  allow you to read <player>'s service record. Note that this will display all
  entries in which you pass two criteria: You can access the bucket that the
  entry is in, and you pass the security clearance required for that entry.
  
  By using the /dept switch, you can look at all of the entries that <player>
  has, grouped by <bucket>. For instance, to see all medical entries for
  a player, you'd type: '+sr/dept Bob/MED'. See '+help icbuckets' for a list
  of valid buckets.
 
  Service records only show five entries at a time. You can page through the
  information with '+sr/next'.
