  +sr/clear
  +sr/clear <year>
  +sr/edit <year>/<entry #>=<old>/<new>
  
  The /clear switch clears all events, or clears just the section in <year>.
  The last command allows non-approved characters to edit the service record.
  <entry #> corresponds to the number of the entry (1 through whatever)
  beginning at <year>. For instance, if you have four 2376 entries, and want
  to edit the 3rd one, you'd use '+sr/edit 2376/3=<new>/<old>'.
  
  If you need some sort of modification to an entry after approval, you must 
  submit a +request, as you cannot use any of this commands post-approval.
