sr-add

  +sr/add <year>=<event>
  +sr/add <bucket>/<classification>/<year>=<event>

  The first command allows you to add <event> under <year>. This places the
  record into the GEN bucket with a classification level of 0 - which means
  anyone who can read service records can access it. If you are in Starfleet,
  it adds the information to the FLEET bucket.

  The second command adds an <event> entry under <year>, but allows you to
  specify which <bucket> it is entered into, and at what <classification>
  level. Valid <classification> levels are from 1-10, however you cannot
  add <classification> levels higher than your own security clearance.

  +med/add <player>=<information>
  +sec/add <player>=<information>
  +commend <player>=<reason>
  +reprimand <player>=<reason>

  The first command adds a medical entry into the character's service record,
  and the second command does the same for security info. The next command
  adds a commendation to the service record, and also gives the <player> 2
  renown points. The last command issues a reprimand to <player>, and deducts
  2 renown points from Discipline.
