sop

  +sop [<topic>%]
  
  Without arguments, this command displays a list of standard operating
  procedure for departments you are associated with. When <topic> is supplied,
  it displays the designated topic.

  +sop/add <bucket>/<title>=<file>
  
  This command adds a <file> to the sop system. 
  
  +sop/del <bucket>/<title>
  
  This command deletes a file from the sop system.
  
  These commands are only usable by Department Heads and staff.
