  +say <text|pose>
  
  This command will allow you to say <text> in the alternate language that you
  are currently speaking. If you use <pose>, begin with either ';' or ':'. The 
  <pose> will seek out anything between quotes and filter it out to the 
  listener's languages. Note that if someone is holding a comm pin, they will
  hear the translation, as the comm pins contain universal translators.
