  The first command allows you to turn off psionic reception. Please note
  that suppression of psionics is a tiring task. The second command drops
  the mental defenses. The last command allows the player to remind
  people about psionics. Using <player>, it reminds a single player.
  Using 'here', you remind everyone in the same room. By using 'zone',
  you remind everyone in the same zone as you.
