  +poll <#>=<decision>
  
  The first command will display a list of all polls that are available. The
  second command displays the choices (or results if you've already voted on 
  it) for poll <#>. The third command casts your vote for <decision>.
  
  Please note that your vote is anonymous. Staff can only see that you voted,
  not what you voted for. This poll code is used for information gathering
  only, not to set MUX-wide policy.
