  +info [<player>|<stat>|<definition>%]
  +info/set <type>=<description>
     
  This command has several functions, but all of them are to pull information. 
  You can get information on a player (such as their public record, and other 
  information that you may have access to. You can also pull information on a 
  particular statistic from your +stats. It also checks against words in our 
  definition lexicon, to provide brief definitions for things which may need 
  clarification.

  +info/set <type>=<description>
  
  This command sets information that other PC's can pull up via +info.  This
  info is only seen by certain characters with certain skills. There are
  several <types> of info that can be set:
  
  public       - All characters can see this.
  starfleet    - All Starfleet characters can see this.
  co           - All characters with the Department Head merit can see this.
  <race>       - All members of <race> can see this.
  <branch>     - All members of <branch> can see this.
  <occupation> - All members of <occupation> can see this.
  
  Example: 
  > +info/set public=Ensign Perrin is a young ensign stationed in the waste
    reclaimation center.
  > +info/set Romulan=Romulan characters can see this about me!
  > +info/set Criminal=Other Criminals know this thing about me.
  
  For other examples, type '+info <player>'. To view acceptable races,
  see '+info race'. To view acceptable branches, see '+info branches'. To view
  acceptable occupations, see '+info occupations'.
