  The first command displays a list of buckets that you have access to, and 
  what their monitor status is. Using /all will display a list of all buckets
  (whether or not you have access to them) which is useful for transferring
  reports from one bucket to another. By invoking with the /monitor switch, 
  it allows you to show or hide a particular bucket in your list. It only 
  affects your personal list, not the global hidden status of the bucket.
