  +cookie <staff-member>
  
  This command gives a cookie to <staff-member>. This is for recognition of a
  job well done on the part of the staff member. If you are pleased with the
  service you recieve from a staffer, please be kind enough to give the staff
  member a cookie.
  
  Note that staff cannot affect their own cookies, but can give another staff
  member one for appreciation of a job well done. Cookies can be seen in a 
  staff member's +finger.
