  +com                        Terminal status report.
  +com/hail <player|location> Hail <player> or <location>.
  +com/answer [<msg>%]         Answers a terminal hail.
  +com/tap                    Terminates transmission.
  +com/talk [<msg>%]         Say <msg> over the terminal.
  
  With +com/answer, if you don't use <msg>, it will say 'PlayerX here.'
  But with <msg>, you can respond with <msg>. See '+help com'.

  You can network in multiple people by hailing a new player once network 
  connection is established.
