  Some quick tips for the new player:
  
  'pub <message>' to send a message over the Public channel.
  'page <player>=<message>' Page <player> with <message>.
  'say <message>' Allows you to talk.
  'help' Gets help on the MUX system.
  '+help' Gets help on the +commands in the game.
  'news policy' Very important. Describes our policies and procedures.
  '+staff' will show what staff members are currently connected.
  '+help faq' will tutor you on how to use the FAQ system.
