  Being of mixed blood requires a special race stat called 'Racially Mixed'. If
  this stat is not locked down, you will see it listed in '+races' during
  character generation. 
  
  To select a mixed race in chargen, type: +race <primary>/<secondary>
  
  Where <primary> is your character's primary race, and <secondary> is your
  character's secondary race. Care should be taken in determining which is
  primary and which is secondary. If you have a character of both Vulcan and
  Human stock, and the character is raised more Vulcan than human, then select
  Vulcan as primary. If the character is raised on Earth, select Human as the
  primary.
  
  Racially mixed characters get the attributes, skills, and racial choices
  the primary race. They receive the merits and flaws of both races, and the
  courage of the secondary. They also get the merit Mixed Species Heritage.
