  Mind Meld: If the Target is willing, then the Mind Meld is automatic. For 
  species who must touch the Target (such as Vulcans), if the target is 
  unwilling then a grappling action must be successfully performed (Unarmed 
  Combat/Wrestling vs Target's Unarmed Combat/Wrestling or Dodge). If 
  the grapple is achieved (or is unnecessary) then a successful Psi/Focus vs 
  Target's Psi/Focus (Or Intellect/Logic if the Target has no Psi) contest is 
  required. Probing for something specific requires an additional Psi/Focus vs 
  Moderate. All other Psi rules apply.
