  The Head Writer is responsible for organizing the writers so that the stories
  reflect the theme, tone and setting that is laid out by the Director. They
  coordinate between Director and the Writers to maintain a cohesive story. 
  They enforce the theme of the game. They make sure that plots run smoothly
  and seamlessly. They are the second-highest ranking Storyteller. All staff 
  can run episodes, however, when they are running them, they answer directly 
  to the Head Writer concerning that episode.
