  The Effects Team assists the Technical Director in implementing new systems,
  keeping the current systems maintained, and generally assisting players as
  required. Each member of the effects team will be responsible for the
  direct maintenance required for one or more systems. They answer to the
  Technical Director, Director, and Producer.
