Summary:  Minos Evanginor holds a vast amount of personal power based on his tremendous wealth. His known legitimate assets center around four large-scale interplanetary shipping lines that operate both inside and outside of Federation territory. While there have been many instances of smuggling discovered on these shipping lines, the Federation has never been able to prove direct involvement to Minos Evanginor himself. He has been brought up on charges numerous times, the latest of which occurred in 2373.

Minos is currently under investigation for aiding and abetting the escape of Sinclaire during the battle with her 'Dark Aegis'. Once again, prosecution is proving difficult, as the Orion has an airtight alibi, and all records indicate his presence on Risa during the time of that battle.

Mr. Evanginor's personal flagship is a heavily modified D'deridex class Romulan warbird named The Prince's Gambit. Whether this was a gift of the Romulans or stolen from them is unknown at this time.
