Proficiencies: Harris is an accomplished pilot, at ease behind the controls of a shuttlecraft or starship. He has a special knack with spacial navigation and relations, able to quickly visualize positions and calculate intercepts in his head just given bearings and distances.

Deficiencies: Harris has a deeply seated mistrust of Klingons and Romulans - especially toward the latter - that he must keep tightly reigned in.
